If you, or someone you love can spend hours perusing old records, movies, music...then drop them off here and go to the Dairy Queen across the street, because they will be a while.
It is easy to get lost in the deep thick walls of dvds, cds, records, tapes, and concert memorabilia...you'll be lucky if you aren't sucked into a poster and transported back in time to the 70's where no one will care that you left behind your dog or a 9 to 5 that you despise and so you'll be stuck going to crazy concerts and wearing bell bottoms...
I digress. The owner is super friendly and willing to answer any of your questions. He has owned the business for 33+ years and loves what he does...He is also very proud of the auction he runs online...continuously. He ships items all over the world and has the luxury of people bringing him their goods and not having to hunt for them. (so if you have something in this category to sell or buy, he is the guy to be talking to)
From what I can tell (return to above pictures if needed...)---he is pretty good at what he does. The Record Exchange is famous in St. Louis...where else can you buy a record of a band...and look up and the lead singer is talking to one of her mates across the counter.
That's a little too cool for me. But I'll take it.
